Cancellations Policy

Mahnama Faizan E Madina believes in helping its customers as far as possible and so we have made it very simple for our customers to cancel their orders and seek refunds.

Cancellations on orders will be considered only if the request for cancellation is made within 48 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and if we have initiated the process of shipping them.

To cancel your Subscription, please write to our Subscriptions Department with your unique Order ID to our complaint number which is +91-7284872841. Excluding special issues, issues which have been shipped for the single issue; we shall calculate the refund and issue a refund. In all instances, we will reply to your request confirming cancellation and that, where and when a refund is being processed.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective books or magazines please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. Receipt of damaged or defective books should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products. Any transit damage shall not be our liability.

Refunds Policy

If at any time you wish to cancel a subscription, only if you any issue shipment is not done to you for any particular month . Please register the complaint through whatsapp on our complaint number +91-7284872841 requesting cancellation and refund. We will refund full amount to you, communicate the same to you and issue a refund. Please include your order number and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund as we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Do note that all refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days upon receipt of the refund request. All refund requests need to sent via customer support helpdesk ONLY. Any other mode/method of communication may delay the entire process.
